Training includes a pre-installation, planning/training session review at our offices in South Holland, Illinois where we gather in-depth information on how your business operates, your philosophy, goals and operating requirements. Benefits include the ability to understand your needs better and subsequently make sound recommendations for proper utilization of our system tools.

Part of the installation process involves testing your system at our office. All components are installed and run to assure that they will perform as expected when delivered to your facility. Operating system, software and utilities installation and configuration is also performed during our system setup process. All customization requested (billable and non-billable), is addressed accordingly.

Training on the use of the system is organized into separate modules. Our trainers take members of your staff through a step-by-step program to ensure that they understand and feel comfortable with the material presented. Sufficient time is allotted so that each staff member learns how to operate every relevant part of the system. Refresher training classes are held on a regular basis to extend the skills of your staff and to accommodate new employees.
